By using our service and submitting your contact information, you consent to:

• Communication from our team or one of our trusted solar installation partners

• Receiving texts, calls, or emails related to your solar inquiry (you can opt out at any time)

We never share your information unless you’ve shown clear interest in moving forward.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to ensure a smooth experience:

• We do not guarantee system performance, timelines, utility approvals, or savings estimates

• We are not responsible for the actions, work, or agreements made between you and any solar installer

Your final agreement and any warranties are between you and the licensed solar provider.
